4. What is the minimum age to join your program
We require all students who are joining our program to be 14 years of age or older. In compliance with COPPA, Trescendo requires all account holders to be 14 years of age or older. Please ask a parent or guardian to open an account on your behalf.

7. If I buy a Mathematics Course, can I ask a Physics question?
No. You cannot ask questions from the course you did not buy.

8. Can I get an answer to the question quickly?
Yes. Based on the priority you set, you can get an answer to the question quickly. The maximum time taken for a question with low priority will  be less than 24 hours. Therefore, a question asked with high priority will be replied much faster.
9. How can I extend my course, if it has expired?
You have to buy a course first before you can extend. The price for extension of courses is very less compared to buying a new course for first time for the same support time period. You have to extend the course  at least 15 days before it expires.
10. What regions/countries and syllabus does your course material cover?

11. What is the difference between weekly test and monthly test?
Weekly tests are based on each topic of a subject whereas monthly tests are based on the entire subject. Students who join our program will  have to take weekly tests and monthly tests compulsorily. Answers with complete explanation to questions will be provided for both weekly tests and monthly tests only to the Students who join our program.
